Our COVID-19 Guidelines (updated 4/30/2020)

At Horsley Orthodontics, the health and safety of our patients and our team is always a top priority. Because we work in close proximity with our patients, infection control is something we always take very seriously.

At this time, our office will have limited openings as we closely monitor the COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
situation. In an effort to take proactive steps to stop the potential spread of the virus, we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • Only scheduled patients will be invited back into our treatment areas. All other guests must remain in their vehicles. We will make limited exceptions. We will discuss treatment information over the phone and via text.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided for immediate use for all who enter our office.
  • We will maintain 6 feet between any patients being treated.
  • If you have a fever, cough, chills, flu-like symptoms or have recently traveled to a high-risk area, please contact our office to reschedule.
  • Any employee of Horsley Orthodontics has been instructed to stay home if they have any symptoms.
  • In addition to our standard protocols for sterilization and infection control, regular disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces and objects including door handles and reception desks will take place multiple times daily. Our playroom/iPad area will remain closed.
  • Our entire team has been instructed to wear protective masks at all times. They will continue to wash their hands frequently.
  • If you are a patient who is immune compromised or over the age of 60, please contact our office for options regarding your treatment.

Thank you for understanding as we continue to provide exceptional orthodontic care in a manner that is safe for both our patients and our team members.
